We first opened our doors in 2005.

We take children from 15 mths to 4 years of age.

The nursery was originally run by Sharman Allerton and  I worked with her to establish and build it, she also has a nursery in london where she now is and I am running the nursery here.

Aims

We aim to make the nursery a welcoming place where children can settle quickly and easily as consideration has been given to the individual needs of the children. We want childen to feel safe, stimulated and happy in the nursery and to feel secure and comfortable with us giving the best start for your child.

Curriculum

Our aim is to provide activities that will challenge children to achieve goals in their stage of development and make the learning experience an enjoyable one for the children.

We have a daily plan and routine which all parents are given weekly so you  are aware of  what your child is doing in session. We base the activites in the six areas of learning. English and Spanish are covered and worksheets are introduced to the child when we feel they are ready and showing interest and ability thus encouraging early pencil skills and concentration. Each area is a stepping stone to help with your child´s progression and to enable us to provide the right activites to help all children move towards achievement.

We have policies as guidelines in the following area -

Behaviour

Confidentiality

Health and safety

First aid

Parental involvement
